Where do you offer catering?
Every Boston Market restaurant offers catering services. Our standard delivery services are available within 10 miles of each restaurant. Please note, to ensure timely, high-quality service, we have smaller delivery areas in some major metropolitan areas, such as Manhattan NY. Check out our locations.

Our regular hours are 10:30 a.m. through 9:00 p.m.

Placing an Order

Is the information I give you secure?
Yes. This ordering site is protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This means any private information you give us will be encrypted automatically before it is sent over the Internet.

How do I place an order online?
To place an order online, go to start an order, and follow the flow of the screens. If you haven't signed in yet, you'll be asked to sign in or register first.

How do I place an order by phone or in person?
To place a catering order, call a Catering Sales Specialist at 303-317-6900 or visit one of our restaurant locations.

How far in advance can I place a catering order?
You can place online orders up to 3 months in advance. (For longer time frames, please contact a Catering Sales Specialist at 303-317-6900) Just keep in mind, our menu and prices are subject to change.

Can I copy an order I've already placed? How?
Yes, you can duplicate any catering order. On the top of your past order there is a "duplicate order" button. All information from your previous order - except for date and time - will populate. Please follow the flow of screens, fill in a new date and time, and make any changes you need to.

Our menu and prices are subject to change. If a price has changed since you first placed an order, the new price will appear for the items in your cart. If a menu item is no longer available, you will get an "item not available" message in your cart. You'll have to delete that item before you can check out.

Paying for a Catering Order

How do I pay for my catering orders?
You may pay with a credit card and/or gift card. For all other methods of payment, please contact a Catering Sales Specialist at 303-317-6900.

Can I use a coupon on a catering order?
Yes. Your catering coupon should list a promotion code. On the "Checkout: Promotions & Payments" screen, type that code into the appropriate field.

Can I use a Boston Market gift card to place a catering order?
Yes. On the "Checkout: Promotions & Payments" screen, please type in your gift card number and the amount. You'll also be required to enter a credit card number and expiration date to cover any remaining order balance.

Does the catering delivery total include a gratuity?
Yes, your catering total includes a gratuity for the driver.

Do you charge taxes?
Yes. Our website will calculate an estimated tax. Final tax will be calculated and charged at the time of order. Please note, the final tax may vary slightly from estimated tax based on local tax rules.
